Introduction

Our support is provided free of charge and is offered in the form of:

Providing encouragement and emotional support to both the individual and the family in need.

Publicizing known job opportunities and also the availability of individuals seeking employment.
EARN will also assist individuals in uncovering non-published jobs via the networking process.

Identifying and channeling resources within our own community to satisfy practical needs in the job search effort.

Identifying and encouraging participation in job search training.

The primary support will come from individuals in our community who are willing to volunteer their time and energy in order to extend a helping hand to their neighbor in need.

Every effort is made to take full advantage of resources already available from government, community, and professional organizations.

EARN is not an employment agency or outplacement firm. Nor is it our intent to duplicate or compete with the products or services of qualified organizations or professionals in the fields. Rather, we seek to ensure that a person in need is aware of and given the opportunity and encouragement to utilize such resources.
